There’s nothing more infectious than a genuine smile. It’s true: a smile that lights up your whole face will make others feel just as happy. Here’s a countdown of seven [ways to smile during the holidays](http://www.solsticebenefits.com/): ###### **7.  Do something special for your coworkers** Arrive at the office early and have a surprise waiting for your colleagues. It can be as simple as stocking stuffers, or cheerful holiday decorations. How about a homemade treat? Your thoughtfulness and holiday spirit are sure to put a smile on your work family’s faces. ###### **6.  Reach out to help those in need** This is the perfect time of year to help those who are less fortunate. Here are a few ideas for brightening someone else’s holiday season--just be sure to bring your smile with you: - Volunteer to prepare or serve a meal at a homeless shelter or package donations at a food bank. - Donate toys, clothing, or books to a local charity.
