The Obama Administration has delayed online enrollment for small businesses on federally-run health care exchanges from Oct. 1 to Nov. 1.
Small businessesdefined as those with 50 employees or lesscan still enroll, however, through paper applications, in person or by phone to a federal call center on Oct. 1.
You may want to consider giving your small business clients a heads up, if you havent already. They likely have been watching the calendar in anticipation of the Oct. 1 deadline, but may not have heard the breaking news today about the delay.
