As a dental insurance broker, you already know the importance of making connections within the dental industry. Trade shows and conventions give you the opportunity to meet a lot of people at one time and get your information into the hands of decision makers in dental offices across the country.
You will want to begin planning your trade show presence as soon as possible, so here is our list of the top 5 trade shows dental insurance brokers should attend:
- The Greater New York Dental Meeting - This annual meeting and convention is the largest in the country, with at least 55,000 dental professionals expected to attend. The next meeting will be held November 27-December 2, 2015, or you can plan ahead to attend the 2016 event which will take place November 25-30.
- CDA Presents: The Art and Science of Dentistry - This is a can't miss convention, known for its focus on dental innovation. About 28,000 dental professionals should be in attendance, with over 600 companies represented on the trade show floor. Taking place May 12-14, 2016 in Anaheim, California, you may even be able to mix a little fun in with your business trip.
- ADA 2015: America's Dental Meeting - This Washington, DC conference is an important one. In addition to the 21,000 dental professionals in attendance, the conference boasts critical industry information. The event will take place November 5-10, 2016. It changes locations every year, so the 2016 meeting will be held in Denver, followed by Atlanta in 2017 and San Francisco in 2018.
- 151st Chicago Dental Society Mid-Winter Meeting - While this is a much more regional event, it pulls in a large crowd, with almost 28,000 participants and over 7,000 exhibitors. This meeting will take place February 25-27, 2016.
- 2016 Pacific Dental Conference - This regional conference brings in dental professionals from the United States and Canada and takes place March 17-19, 2016. If you will be attending this conference, consider tying in the St. Patrick's Day holiday to your booth somehow.
